Free Initial Consultation

Let's talk by phone first, so I can learn your needs - and you can decide if I am the right therapist/coach for you. I welcome your call.

Individual Therapy & Life Coaching

We can work together to delve into your deeper emotional life, through therapy - or you can simply use me as a life coach, to help you make some specific plans for your future. That choice is yours, and I can help you to make the decision that is best for you.

Couples and Family Therapy

In addition to individual coaching and therapy, I work with couples and families when needed. So this is always an option for us, along your journey, if you think bringing your partner or family into therapy would be helpful. 

Payment

I currently do not take insurance, but can easily fill out your insurance forms to submit for reimbursement with your insurer.

Payment is due at the time of service. Sessions are normally 50 minutes, and we can meet via computer, on Facetime - or more ideally, in-person. All phone and email contact conducted outside of regular appointments will be billed accordingly. My regular fees are as follows - and I am able to take a sliding scale fee for some clients, which we can discuss by phone in advance of our first meeting.

 

Individual Session - $150

Couples and Family Sessions - $180

Phone/Email Support - $150 per hr/billed by 20 minute increments
